Our Background
Born in San Antonio, Texas, and raised in Mexico, Carlos grew up with a strong connection to both cultures and languages. Being fluent in English and Spanish has shaped the way that Carlos communicates, builds relationships, and approaches professional service. That perspective, combined with a strong appreciation for organization and detail, ultimately led him towards a career supporting professionals in demanding, fast-paced environments.
His professional background includes experience as a legal assistant supporting attorneys with case file management, legal documentation, client communication, and day-to-day administrative operations. Before that, he worked as a legal transcriptionist and captioner, where accuracy and strict turnaround times were essential. Carlos also worked in licensing and administrative coordination in the insurance industry, managing documentation, deadlines, and processes across multiple states.
These experiences taught him that excellent support is more than simply completing a task. It is about anticipating what needs to be done, communicating clearly, staying organized under pressure, and treating every document and deadline with the attention it deserves.
